Talking Translator Pro

There are countless tools on the Internet, for instantly translating a word or phrase, from one language to another, but it is a different matter when it comes to pronouncing what you translate. This is why you should use Talking Translator Pro. Besides translating large texts to and from different languages, the software can also read aloud the original or translated text, with an accurate accent and punctuation. It comes with other useful tools as well, like an English dictionary, a text reader and others.

Talking Translator Pro can be installed like any other application on the market. You just need to run its 4 MB setup file and follow the installation wizard's instructions. The software components will be installed in a few seconds, even on older computers. It provides support for Windows XP, Vista, Win 7 and Win 8 and it is known to work on older versions as well.

The included tools are organized on a user friendly interface, in separate sections, which can be accessed via navigation buttons, located on the left side of the main window. The translator text is where you can translate large text fragments, between eight languages. After typing or pasting the original text and selecting the source and target languages, you just need to click an option and the translation will appear instantly, beneath the original text. Once you translate a text, you can use different options to read it, copy it to the clipboard or to send it to the editing section.

The software comes with a series of pre-installed narrators, for American English, but you can download more narrators, free of charge, for other languages. Additionally, Talking Translator Pro displays an animated character on your screen. Just like the narrators, new characters can be downloaded for free. You can also adjust the narrators, speaking speed, pitch and volume.

If you come across an unknown word, you can type it or paste it in the Dictionary section and click a button to look it up on the Internet. The software will provide you with the word's definition, synonyms, etymology and more. Talking Translator Pro can also read large text fragments, without translating. You can paste a text, in one of the supported languages, in the Reader section, and click a button to read it. It is also possible to load plain or rich text files or to insert text from a web page or from the clipboard.

When you are done translating and reading your text, you can paste it in the Editor section and change its font settings alignment and more. A wide range of saving options can be found in a different section. The text from the Editor section can be saved in plain or rich text format, PDF or HTML. If you decide to save the text as a PDF document, you can specify its author, subject and title, select a font and more.
